Points Possible 10 This activity has the purpose of helping students to explain the concept of the Central Limit Theorem. (Objective 4) Student Instructions: This assignment has a value of 10 points. You will have two (2) questions to answer and one (1) attempt to send this assignment. Refer to the calendar in Blackboard for due dates. Your calendar is available under the Tools menu > Calendar Once you have answered all the questions you have to send the work the Attach File function in Black Board to attach your document and send it to the professor. To use the Attach File enter the Course Content in Black Board. Select the Assignment Module 7, attach the file and submit. To demonstrate the Central Limit Theorem, throw 5 times a dice and compute the average of the 5 results. Repeat this procedure 100 times, always recording the result obtained. Note that some results will have decimal numbers. Construct a histogram with these 100 results. See Module 3, lesson 4 to construct a Histogram Question 1: Does the shape of the constructed histogram resemble the uniform distribution or the normal distribution? Question 2: Why does this exercise demonstrate the Central Limit Theorem?
