On line learning is considered a virtual learning environment (VLE).however there are other types of VLE that you may have used or heard about. Please discuss one of the following VLE’s and your experience with using it:

Virtual reality simulation : it is defined as use of 3 D objects and environment to create engaging and involvement or immersive learning experiences.

* the main principle of e learning is practice and check the users knowledge and using interactive scenarios and it should be reflect like as a real life situation.

* here we can see the equipment response and human beings involvement.

* through that involvement with 3 D objects in the practice we will feel like it is a real life situation.

For example, when I attended for training of ACLS Advanced cardiac life support and BLS Basic life support in hospital, which will provided by American Heart Association team, they brought the maniquins to show a procedure and redemonstrate that procedure on that.

* those maniquins are create sounds when we are giving perfect CPR.

* that means if we press exact deapth on the site the sound may come from them, if the sound comes, our procedure is currect, if sound will not comes, it indicates we need to perform some more effectively.

* so it is one type of simulation.

* when we are doing this we will feel like it as a real performance.

This can use in advanced nursing practice and nursing education :

* we got training it is like as a nursing practice.

* by showing this simulation procedures the nurses or learning people may get good and adequate knowledge, how to do in real life situation.

* it is one of the advanced technology.

* because the maniquines are same like as human beings, when we are performing on those we will feel like, we are performing on the human beings like that.

* so it should be very important to learn in effectively for the learner.

* in advanced nursing practice by using this virtual simulation the learners will know the different technological equipments and it's working.

* and advanced technology they can use in real life situation.

* in nursing education the educators can educate the procedure to the learners according to the understanding way.

* they can remember easily and they can perform effectively as in real life situations.
