Health teaching.
1.teach the patient that this medication sometimes effect mental health if any thing noticed inform the doctor immediately.
2.tell the patient this medication is contraindicated if he is sensitive to sesame oil like substances.
3.tell the patient to notice fatigue or giddiness as this drug leads to hypotension.
4.teach the adverse effects such as blurred vision ,headache,lethargy,mood changes etc.
5.in this case advise the patient to take this tablet on empty stomach to prevent nausea and vomitting.
