Conduct internet research to find four accounts of successful corporate entrepreneurship and summarize their stories. Write a 1,000 word paper, in IWG format with a minimum of two references, addressing the following questions:

What key success factors are common across all these accounts? Which is unique? If one company can foster an entrepreneurial culture within an existing firm, what stops another company from copying its process and taking away the initial advantage?

there are only two constant factors in business – innovation and marketing.

The four examples of corporate entrepreneurship are Google , Facebook, Apple, and Nykaa.

Google

Google on a list of companies with a great success story. Google has been synonymous with growth for years, and sets the tone for many of the perks and benefits startups are now known for. Free meals, employee trips ,financial bonuses, gyms, a dog-friendly environment and so on. Google employees  are known to be driven, talented and among the best of the best.

Facebook

Just like Google, Facebook is a company that has exploded in growth as well as being synonymous with unique company culture.Facebook offers, as do many similar companies, lots of food, stock options, open office space, on-site laundry, a focus on teamwork and open communication, a competitive atmosphere that fosters personal growth and learning and great benefits.Facebook has created conference rooms, has separate buildings, lots of outdoor roaming space for breaks and has management (even CEO Mark Zuckerberg) working in the open office space alongside other employees.

Apple

Since 2010, Apple has been one of the most valuable companies in the world. . The reason Apple is valued so highly is simple on the surface: the company makes popular products with generous margins. Apple's success lies in a strategic vision that transcends simple desktop computing to mobile devices and wearables.

Nykaa

Nykaa is primarily an e-commerce website that offers beauty and wellness products from all the leading brands including luxury as well as drugstore  etc.The Sucess secret behind this Makeup giant is the options and varieties as well as the pocket friendly beauty product alternatives
