Assessment for fractured of left arm;

1. Subjective data:

Care fully monitor what are the presents complaints of patient.

2. Objective data:

Assess the warmth, redness, pain, pallor pulseness etc.

3. Assess the pain as per pain scale.

4. Carefully note the sign parisis and paralysis.

5. Assess the symptoms of bleeding and hemorrhagic shock

6. Assess the need for immobilization.

7. Apply direct pressure and stop bleeding.

8. Estimates the amount of blood loss.

Diagnosis;

1. Organized systematic evaluation

2. History and physical examination

3. X- ray

4. CT scan

5. MRI scandal

Treatment:

1. Adequate rest

2. Psychological support

3. Apply pressure and stop bleeding

4. Immobilization

5. Costing

6.Ice application

7. Pain management

8. Elevation and ice application

9. ORIF= open reduction and internal fiction

10. External fiction for contaminated wound.
