The primary focus of theory would integrate both nurses and patients to have the proper goal oriented tasks as a result wereby the quality of care among the patient can be achieved.

According to me the most important theory which impact the career of nursing would be Peplau's theory of interpersonal relationship.
This explains the phases of interpersonal process, the roles in the nursing situations and methods for studying nursing as an interpersonal process.
