The normative data of %BF is the body fat mass and its distribution in the body usually assese by DXA

The average acceptable and healthy ranges between 25% to 32%

8_19% for men and 22_33% for women ( age between 20 -40year) can be considered healthy

BF number relates to the individual health in the following way like if th %BF is above 20% then it is not considered to be fat or not heavy in studies conducted on Australian males.

It differs according to the BMI of each individuals.
