a. You wish to study quality of health care in a 27 county semi-rural area. You are primarily concerned with the residents' perceptions of health care, their use of various health care facilities, etc.

In the given scenario, the primary method of data collection will be used with survey method as a part of quantitative research. Here, a survey questionnaire will be prepared on the basis of nominal scale, ratio scale and ordinal scale, The questions prepared will be in three parts:

Part 1 consists of basic personal details so that respondent provides information about himself.

Part 2 consists of the health care facilities being used by them, quality of service being ranked and behavior of the hospital staff, as well as overall level of satisfaction from the treatment.

Part 3 consists of the questions, that will elaborate the preference of the services for the respondents, whether they got it or not, reputation of the facilities in their mindset and what would they expect to be delivered to them by the healthcare facilities.

Above questions will help collect data, that will serve the purpose and objective of the above mentioned research.
