During nursing course gaining knowledge and practising it with the patients at need may have seemed rational , evidence based practice that continues to change the way nurses care for their patients. For example a nuse should be of aware of how to aspirate a syringe during an intramuscular injection . Evidence based practice is a clinical decision making process in which clinicians use theory derived , research based knowledge to inform their decisions about care delivery . Therefore a nurse should comprehend patient care as well as treatment procedures during practising practices with affection and care.

It is the most important health assessment where skills which a nurse required to be a mastery . These skills play a decisive role in how to determine the patients health problems and caring needs consequently have a crucial role in designing nursing care plans and determining the nursing interventions. The higher levels of health assessment skills would increase nurses capability to monitor the changes in patients health and contributes to make better judgments and nursing diagnosis. I am now able to integrate skills like hand washing , interpersonal communication with clients and cultures, equipment use etc.

Yes their are areas still confusing , which I need to clear through practicing , that is a subjective data and objective data . A nurse must understand how to get cleared of uncleared data through practicing as well deparmentdeshould made a provision for further studies and rigorously designed and outcome measures should be specific and validate to capture and reflect the effects of effective communication.
