I have learnt several skills and competence required to practice as a best professional such as communication, interviews and health history assessment. By conducting self health history I have fostered with better skills in collecting the thorough history about present, past, surgical, family, personal, environmental, socio economic, medication history. The health assessment including physical examination was done systematically 1) head to foot assessment 2) systemic assessment. This assessment requires the 4method to evaluate and diagnose the patients condition. # inspection #palpation#percussion# auscultation. These 4 elements were used in the the physical examination systemically and when it comes to the abdomen it has to start from inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation to have a better results and diagnosis. THE SKILLS GAINED are as follows# academic skills#time managing with note taking and memory skills# communication skills# clinical skills# personal development # active listening # interview skills # critical thinking and exam preparation.
