I will use face to face interview method than telephone and mail interview..I will explore the topic when i need more information..I will make interview always with more than one people to get more and different information.i will always open-ended questions with carefully worded..but i will provide enough time for them to answer for the questions..
Build a rapport communication in interview..keep good conversation with people..first we have to be prepare notes for interview questions..Ask people insightful questions like their vision,ideas,goals,passion..provide time and give directions for idea.Listen to their idea and body language..Activate their power and make curiosity to know something different.
communication skills i will not be prepared before interview..I will ask them questions what i need to know and gather information from their idea and ability..I have to overcome this issue from next interview settings.
