There are different experience achieved by interviewing people like their

• Knowledge level or understanding power
• What they are not aware of
• Their way if thinking and assessing
• Different way of perception to new things
• Their behavior can be learnt

One of the good communication skill to gather information through interview is interpersonal communication and verbal communication

Non verbal communication is one which may hinder to gather information in interview because this needs a good exposure and experience at times it may be difficult also by showing wrong expression

This can be overcomed by experience and by interacting yo people
