Toxic leadership involves the behavior and interpersonal relations of the human. Most of the organization are filled by a toxic leader. It affects the self -centered attitudes, motivation, and behavior of the humans. This leader does not concern the negative climate of the organization. This problem is well explained in "Evolutionary theory of social behavior". This theory told that toxic leaders are like animals. It gives importance to the opposite side of the group by making the toxic leader shamed, and ridiculed. Humans are not self-fish by birth but the social impact makes them be ridiculous. The toxic leaders can withhold only by the cultural and social evolution. The continuous toxic leader will lead to poor performance. It will not allow the subordinates to perform their skills.
