1, As an RN in acute care practice setting patient, always need urgent care. we treat the patient with a variety of non-life threatening and non-chronic illness that needs fast solutions. our hospital has psychiatric, specialized cases and long term actual care. We will be responsible for their timely care, they need rapid interventions for their disability and we give short term treatment for their illness, routine care, and recovery process, etc. We will react quickly and efficiently with the patient's stressful condition when there is a serious situation, we practice empathy for the patient and families. We use our critical thinking skills as a priority one for the patient. when the patient's condition is stable we will discharge the patient, if there is no improvement in the condition we transfer the patient to long term care or rehabilitation center for improvement. In psychiatric acute care, it needs rapid intervention and we have a patient like a drug overuse, suicidal thoughts, and amputation, they need assistance for daily rehabilitation. we assist in daily activity and teach the patient how to dot their daily activity.
2, Example of objective data:
-routine data collection from the patient includes checking vitals, ECG, oxygen saturation, wound assessment, etc.
Example of subjective data :
-history from the patient about their present medical illness like shortness of breath, exhaustion, chest pain, dizziness, etc.
3, In data analysis process health information technology, plays an important role utilized in the EHR system. ED staff collect registration, admission data and patient demographic details, treatment plans, payment system, health insurance coverage to ensure compliance of organization law and regulations. it includes workflow management for patient care and treatment, diagnosis, health education, etc. this workflow management treats the patient in a holistic manner and enhance health outcomes. Technology help with informed decsions that improve the quality of health care. this data analysis helps them to understand their needs and increase competitiveness.
4, Big data analysis process in health care management make colloboration between patient and providers. It helps for long term positive engagement, avoid readmission and risk outcome. Assessment of data collection from the patient includes a nursing diagnosis and care plan. this process needs nursing diagnosis skills and critical thinking knowledge. we make collaboration with other health care professionals for making nursing diagnoses for caring patients.
