I need help getting this assignment started. I will create a facility for elderly patients.

This is the beginning of your virtual Skilled Nursing Facility (VSNF). This week you will decide:

-- What population you will serve (elderly, mixed, brain damaged, Alzheimers, learning disability....)

-- The size of your facility (10 units, 250 bed facility, small bed and bath type etc...)

-- The basic building you will use (What will you build, where (find a real place in your town, why there, why the size etc...)

You may build this with Word or Power Point and you should include pictures or diagrams to illustrate your choices. Think about all the aspects and build well the first time.

Virtual Skilled Nursing Facility is a health care center where special care and attention will be given to patients who are elderly ,physically challenged etc . Here nurses will be there to take care of them 24×7 . There will be provision of all facilities according to the Maslow's hierarchy .

I would include people who are elderly and plus the children who are physically challenged .

The size of the facility will be 250 beded with all facilities .

The building will be two story building along with lift facility and it will be in the center of the city . There will be different classes for challenged children and rehabilitation rooms for elderly patients . It will be away from loud noise places and will be near by a hospital so that in case of emergency we can shift patients easily to the hospital .
