Ans) Improving Information Systems for Quality Monitoring Valid, reliable, and timely data about nursing facility residents and the care they receive are fundamental to all strategies for monitoring and improving quality of care. It is essential both to outside regulators and to individual providers.

- Ways that a nursing home, as a system, can be resistant to change:

1) resistance to change among nursing home staff, residents and family members is a common barrier reported by administrators, and 2) education, training and communication were especially important to overcoming resistance to change.

- If a hospital wants to reduce nurse turnover they must follow the following strategies.
1.First thing first, Hire the Right People. ​
2.Offer Competitive Salary and Comprehensive Benefits Package.
​3. Recognize and Reward Nurses​
4.Invest in Their Skill Development.
​5. Initiate Support Program ​
