1. As a manager of Tesla, one can refute the recommendation by stating that the cars have been produced by best quality engineers and as a company which stands for eco-friendly energy, we have state of the art technology. Tesla can also ensure that several quality tests have been conducted to ensure the car is faultless and the car is released only after these steps are followed.

2. During the initial production ramp up, Tesla could ensure that the cars are delivered to the nearest point available for the customers so as to make it convenient for them to get access to the new car and ascertain there is quick delivery. As there is too much waiting period the strategically located service process could reduce the waiting time.

3. Tesla should deliver cars on first come first serve basis as that is how customers expect the car manufacturers to function.

4. Tesla could ensure that their cars are state of the art with efficient and faultless technology by focusing on their niche products. It could focus on technology inhouse and could provide seats from third party players so that the technology is not sacrificed.
