1, 2 things that Julia doing a good job with her eating habits are
-She prepares more items at home instead of eating out often.
-Bedtime nutrition supplements that help her to stay fit and reduce the inflammation.
2, Short term goals should be achievable in a shorter time
-suggest Julia to have a brisk wall outside for one mile, it helps her reduce the craving
- Advice her to eat a fresh fruit piece like banana, apples and orange, dark chocolate when she is craving for sweet tooth instead of eating artificial sweeteners.
