Bad fats are transfat and saturated fats.It consist animal body fats ,butter ,cocunut oil and hdrogenated fats are increases cholesterol level which causes heart disease.Good fats are called unsaturated fats which consist of vegetables, sunflower oil, olive oil ,soybean which reduce cholesterol level.When we are using bad fats also include green leafy vegetable which can absorb the cholestrol and it excreted.We can also use good fats instead of bad fat.Using sunflower oil while cooking insted of cocunut oil. Soybean can be used insted of meat.
