Answer: My diet is completely different from Mediterranean diet as Mediterranean diet consists of mainly plant based foods as well as replacing butter and oil with healthy and nutritious oil such as olive oil which increase good cholesterol in our body that is healthy for our heart. My diet is consist of butter, oil, non vegetarian foods which are not that much healthy as compared to the Mediterranean diet.
The healthy changes I want to make in my diet inspired by the Mediterranean diet as involving oils that contains omega fatty acid which is good source for healthy cholesterol.
