Organic foods are a safer and “healthier” food choice because as they are grown without the use of the synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or use of antibiotics or growth hormones in routine. According to researchers, long term exposure to pesticide leads to the development of diseases such as; Parkinson’s asthma; depression and anxiety; cancer, leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma; and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). For this reason, only people believe organic foods are safer and healthier and I myself would prefer eating organic foods.
