The pharmaceutical industry is the one who runs the healthcare industry . It's the big buisness going on . It can even shake the stock market . They pay the regulatory bodies , academics section who research , and trial people to allow their drug and get the license to sell it in the market even if it has serious side effects that can take the life of an individual. They had made the society as taking drugs for each and every small thing . Even they pay the media and advertising company to advertise their drug as good and effective . It's all just corruption going on . The physician prescribe drugs correctly but people die due to its side effects . People get addicted to drugs and the number of deaths due to side effects is 3 billion in north america only . It's a huge number that will increase like a rocket in coming years .

Complementary and alternative medicine are science which does not use druga ,they heal by holistic care and approch and also thwy don't have any side effects . It's always best to use this instead of dying due to drugs which were taken to save life .
