I am choosing Ford Motor Company in the automobile industry. The vision statement and mission statement of Ford Motor Company’s mainly focus on effectiveness of product and business leadership in the automotive industry. The company provides a customer value proposition to the market in different ways as discussed below:

-- Company established the brand name as being one of the most recognisable company in the automotive sector;

-- The reliability and quality of its products, with the Company having a string track record of efficient vehicles and producing reliable, both for commercial operators and for consumers;

-- Its global marketing and sales reach, with the Ford Motor Company’s operating a broad network and Lincoln-branded car dealerships, reaching international customer base, with a wider share in market in jurisdiction across the Europe and United States;

-- Its industry experience and expertise, being the company as one of the oldest automotive manufacturers in the globe, and experienced industry executives and maintaining the ability for attracting the specialist well-trained personnel

It is important for management to understand the strategy to ensure that it is properly implemented.
