There are multiple whole grains available. The food grain Barley falls under whole grains.

The key ingredients found in this whole grain are

  • Fibre
  • Vitamin:B1,B3
  • Minerals: magnesium ,selenium, copper,phosphorus,chromium
  • Antioxidants

It is a whole grain food because it constitutes the three portions of a whole grain namely bran (fiber) ,endosperm (containing vitamins) and germ (B vitamin, minerals ,antioxidants)
