Whole grains are unrefined bran, germs, endosperm that is nor remove from milling.
Refined grains are refined from the mill, it removes the bran, the germ for fine texture.
Brown rice, whole cornmeal, wheat flour, barley are true whole grains that are important part of a healthy diet, it includes carbohydrate, vitamin, and minerals. It helps for weight maintenance, protects from heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. when we do shopping for grains look for whole grain like brown rice, popcorn, whole wheat flour bread compared to refined wheat like white flour, white rice, and white bread.

Monosaccharides are simple sugar, it is an abasic form of carbohydrates. example glucose, fructose, galactose.
Disaccharides are a class of sugar combine with too many monosaccharides. example sucrose, lactose, and maltose.

when there are fewer carbohydrates(Glucose) in our body it causes ketosis, if no carbohydrates for energy, body breakdown stored fat and make ketones in our body, it causes constipation and low energy level.
very High fat in our food can cause heart disease, cancer and other chronic health problem including obesity due to fat stores as a fuel.
High protein in the diet can affect our kidney because the kidney will have to eliminate waste products and there will be a risk of heart disease, it also causes calcium loss can lead to osteoporosis and bone disease, etc.
