  • Nursing services
  • Professional services

Fiscal and information services – It looks after the admissions and medical records, which also include the financial aspects, and accounting of the hospital. This branch also includes the human resources.

The fiscal management is challenging especially in the healthcare because of the rapid changes occurring in this industry. The financial aspects change dramatically with the amendments made by the government from time to time. For example, with the implementation of ACA (Affordable Care Act), all the insurers needed to calculate their plans and reform the premiums offered. As more changes are inevitable in this filed, it demands more skilled individuals with financial and human resource management.
