Commercial Health insurance is a type of health insurance which is provided and administered by non- government bodies.

Companies that offer commercial Health insurance are :-

1) Aetna

2)United Healthcare

Differences between both of them are as follows :-

- United Healthcare companies offer each plan nationwide whereas Aetna offers its plan only to 45 States and Washington DC.

- Aetna doesn't provide Medlgap Plan K and L but United Healthcare companies provide this plan to customers.

Similarities :-

- Both Aetna and United Healthcare companies offer Part D prescription drugs plan and Medicare supplement plans.

- Both of the commercial health insurance companies are large, popular among the Medicare Beneficiaries.
