Key issues Cal Mac Tavish faces:

  1. Cal is not clear on how to arrive at the projected profit numbers and how to present them in an understandable format. This issue is priority number 1 as the investors would like to see the benefits that they want to earn on their investment.
  2. Identify the SWOT and come with a game plan to address the Threats and Weaknesses.
  3. Identify the funding opportunities and the cost of each opportunity, most of the investors would look for a clear exit strategy, he has to think of a good exit strategy before he presents it to the potential investors.
