Director uses a star war theme and includes all the factors for lack of insurance coverage for health care in the US. the director shows the example of other countries how it is working well with their health care system, he made a picture in a funny way abut the US health care problem and also he focuses the people who have insurance but that insurance does not benefit well for their entire health care service.
