The Federal Government refuses to pay for uninsured people and most of the people faced denied coverage for various reasons. The U.S medical system has filled with corruption and the people have hesitated with the health system. So only the health care reform of Universal health care system can rectify these changes and gives equal opportunity to all people to access care in time.

These countries are practicing Universal health care system and offering all medical necessities to their people at free of cost.
