1. Sicko movie talks about the North America medical dysfunctional system that focuses only on profit. Health Maintenance Organization(HMO) not providing a standard of medical services to all people. Health insurance is ultimate to get care otherwise medical care becomes a dream in America. The Federal Government refuses to pay for uninsured people and most of the people faced denied coverage for various reasons. The U.S medical system has filled with corruption and the people have hesitated with the health system. So only the health care reform of Universal health care system can rectify these changes and gives equal opportunity to all people to access care in time.

2. In this film, Michael Moore compares the health care system with other countries such as Canada, Britain, and France. These countries are practicing Universal health care system and offering all medical necessities to their people at free of cost. It has complementary health insurance which covers most of the services and health care expenses are very low compared to the U.S.
