M.C. is a stay at home mom and her husband runs his own business at the home.

1. Following are the two important Nursing diadnosis which is very essential for Mrs. M.C due to her condition.

  • Inffective breathing pattern.
    ( In this case M.C had received general anesthesia and from the given vital signs result, her respiratory rate has been low comparing to the average rate, so it is importantant to have this kind of nursing diagnosis)
  • Acute pain on postoperative.
    ( Mrs. M.C may expericence slight pain after this procedure and nurse need to consider about these things while planning for any kind of care related to her condition.

2. Following are certain Risk that may be noticed in the given case;

  • Risk for Aspiration.
    ( it has been evidenced by the things that is mentioned in the given case, that is the client has experienced general anesthesia and she been received fluid bolus during the procedure)
  • Risk for infection.
    ( its been evidenced by the laprotomy procedure that the client had undergone and operated )
