Anesthesiologist Total Quality Management models promote safety and
avoid adverse anesthesia events and improve quality to become
models to standardize. Most of the clinician they are busy with a
high volume of patients, they are not following guidelines and not
providing quality care. Most of the cardiac anesthesiologists doing
their anesthesia procedure as per the experience not as per
standardizing. If they use the guidelines for each cardiac
procedure and treat as per protocol can improve safety by doing the
right things. It reduces the per capita cost of health care,
improves patient safety, quality and satisfaction. Author mention
