This is easily done using the universal gas equation:
PV = nRT
n = PV/RT
n = 7.53 × 10.0 / 0.0821 × 485
n = 1.89 mol of O2

1mol of O2 contains 6.022 × 1023 molecules
1.89 mol of O2 contains 1.89 × 6.022 × 1023

= 1.14 ×1024 molecules of O2
