Answer #1

volume V = 12.6 liters

temperature T = 25 c = 298 K

1 atm ------------------> 14.7 psi

? --------------------------> 3422 psi

=>3422 / 14.7 => 232.8 atm

gas constant R = 0.0821 latm /k mol

using the ideal gas equation PV = nRT

=> n = PV /RT

=> n = 232.8 * 12.6 / 0.0821 *298

=> n = 119.887 moles

i.e n = 120 moles

answer => C) 120 moles
