1.The main barriers in meeting vitamin d deficiency are

• Inadequate exposure to sunlight (people working indoors,)
• Inadequate intake in diet as one ages it's natural absorption an synthesis is decreased
• Medical conditions making one to have problems in absorption
• The cost of the medication is high
• Disbelief on the drug that it may cause adverse events,diet can provide necessary quantity of vitamin D

2.The water soluble vitamins are referred to as vitamin B complex and vitamin C.This are generally synthesized ,absorbed in the intestine namely the small intestine and large intestine and by the rumen.Certain vitamin like B3 and vitamin C can be actually synthesized naturally but it is highly and mostly absorbed from the dietary intake.The vitamins which are produced through the microbes of the body are generally absorbed in the large intestine.

Vitamins like A,D,E,K are absorbed in the small intestine .It is absorbed through the lipids,blue acids by the process of diffusion.In simple the absorption takes by enterocytes and exocytosis process.
