1) Approch to the client in soft and calm manner , try to understand the situation of the client and be a good listener . Just make him comfortable and give support that we are here to help you , nothing to worry . So that he will feel relaxed and open his mind . He will share his problems.
2) If the client is not supported he may depressed and will have the thoughts of suicide . So our aim is to make him back to normal by communicating to the client in a calm way . Show empathy towards him . Step by step make him interact with others .so that he will ventillate his problems and therefore root problem can be identified .
