A leader or a manager have to understand how to employ leadership strategies that can Improve their ability to perform. I will be presenting 5 leadership strategies that one can made to improve their performance on their team.

- Define And communicate vision   

Vision can paints a picture of the future of an organisation. Without a vision you will end up with zero results. Inorder to achieve a goal one should have a great vision. This can exactly measure whether you are near to the destination or not. Imagine that you are leading an organisation and if you have a vision that you share with others it will become easy to drive results.

- Encourage recognition

A good leader will always appreciate his employees. Everybody needs appreciation and want to feel valued. This is a simple but effective strategy which will make the business maximum. Consider a situation where you celebrate your employee’s achievement then he will be more encouraged and he will be committed sincerely to organisation’s vision, mission and goals.

- Speak from the heart   

Leadership is a choice. Nobody is born as a leader. It cannot be forced upon one. One should be very passionate on the activity they do. If you daily interact with your coworkers and speak passionatly about the goals and vision of your organisation and effort to company’s growth as important to you as your own.

- Deligate and empower

Empower the employees by delegating greater responsibilities. Give self worth to others in the team. Find the areas where one should apt or perform well. For example in your organisation what happens if employees cannot finish their work because they are waiting for you to the approval? This is the area where you consider letting go. Empower and train them inorder to get an effective and fast outcome. To complete a critical tasks you need to empower others. A leader alone cannot do everything that needs to come.

- Commit to continued education   

A good leader commit to continued growth by continuing the education and applying their skills. Leadership is a journey and one will reach the destination only if have the good knowledge and skills. You should share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues and employees. This will make you feel that you are truly fulfilling yourself as a leader along with a coach and mentor. By this you will find a lay of foundation for a strong leadership pipeline.
