Answer: The most common illnesses and health conditions among European American and Filipino population as increase rate of cancer as well as epilepsy. Women suffers more from hypertension, diabetes as compared to men. The common cause of the cancer as the women are at highest rate who smokes. Smoking cigarettes is common in the women of this population. This causes increase risk of diabetes and hypertension.

The healthcare practices that can be implemented to address to identify the problem as by recognizing the healthcare issues, eating habits as well as living standard of the people of this population. The eating habits and the lifestyle of people causes the illness as well as disease.
