The groups of people who are most at risk for calcium inadequacy are adolescent teens, amenorrheic women, the female athlete, the elderly, lactose-intolerant people, those with milk allergies, and vegans. Please discuss the importance of lifestyle choices, nutrient requirements, and everyday food choices to maximize bone mass.

Answer: Due to excessive busy schedule people are unable to take proper care of their health. They mostly engage themselves in eating junk and fast food which are not at all healthy. Due to this many people lack the proper nutrients the body needs for normal functioning. Women needs more calcium as they cross their 30s. Because at this stage women's body starts loosing calcium from the bone. They need to take proper care of themselves.

Eating healthy foods such as green vegetables, chicken which is full of protein whereas fish is the best protein supplement. If one includes healthy diet along with atleast an hour of physical activities then they can live a healthy life. People needs to change their improper life style into healthy life. This is the major way to avoid diseases.
