SITUATION: The nurse A who has given care to the patient from the day of admission handed over to the other nurse B in the operation theatre. Here, the nurse A explains about the patient's emotional concern and fear about the surgery and also understood about the need of the surgery to the nurse B. It is just explaining present situation with the other nurse to have maintain an effective communication.

Two of them reported as brought dead and he is progressing from the after effect of the accidental situation.
