The medical errors not only has it adverse effects but also cause death.

This report was widely accepted and the focus was to improve the healthcare system, quality care provided to the patients by reducing the medical errors. But there were limited objectives assessment. The impact on the healthcare increases as it increases more concern in the healthcare system. The use of advance technology and informatics are being used to provide quality care.
