According to Affordable Care Act, the people who miss the enrollment deadline, will be hit with a penality of $ 695 per person for going without healthcare insurance. Because of the Affordable Care Act, the people should get enrolled sooner rather than later.

The care coordinator should know that uninsured patients are the vulnerable groups who had not received better healthcare services and are at risk of acquiring many health problems .

- uninsured women gain access to breast and cervical screening services through women's health connection program.

- adult , maternity , and newborn care is to be given first priority.

- ambulatory and emergency services are provided.

- mental health services, paediatric services

- laboratory services, preventive, rehabilitate and wellness services along with dental and vision services are provided.
