Answer: For the better working environment in the organization it is necessary to create the demands as well as requirements. If there is limited staff members then their duty should be rotational so that the staff can easily take rest and can perform better work.

To enhance the productivity it is necessary to encourage the staff members as well as making sure that there should not be burn out due to excessive workload. A constant regulation as well as monitoring of the functioning and performance of the staff to ensure that the productivity level is adequate and up to the mark.
