when concentration of sucrose doublled from 0.10 M to 0.20 M rate also doublled from 0.015 to 0.030

so with respect to sucrose reaction is first order .

rate law as follows

rate = K [sucrose]

now

K = rate / [sucrose ]

K = 0.015 / 0.10

K = 0.15 s-1
