Since i am working in oncology department , the most common side effect of chemotherapy is nausea and vomiting which drastically affects the health of the patients . While going through a research in Pubmed i have found the using antipsychotic olanzapine in pediatrics were very effective in controlling the emesis side effects of chemotherapy . If i get a chance to conduct a research i would conduct a research on the effect of olanzapine in adults for emesis by using randomised controlled trial in which two groups will be there ,one group will be the experimental group who will get tablet olanzapine post chemotherapy and the other group is controlled group who won't get tablet olanzapine post chemotherapy . As per the results i have seen in the pediatrics group it was very effective and hence it would also be very good for adults . It's p value will be mostly less than 0.01
