P = 400 lb

consider the equilibrium force along x - direction

\Sigma Fx = 0

- NE + 400 cos60 = 0

NE = 200 lb

consider the equilibrium force along y - direction

\Sigma Fy = 0

VE - 400 sin60 = 0

VE = 346.4 lb

at point E the moment equilibrium

\Sigma ME = 0

ME = 0

same way as above

consider the equilibrium force along x - direction

\Sigma Fx = 0

- NF + 400 cos60 = 0

NF = 200 lb

consider the equilibrium force along y - direction

\Sigma Fy = 0

VF - 400 sin60 = 0

VF = 346.4 lb

at point F the moment equilibrium

\Sigma MF - ( 400 x sin60 ) x 24 = 0

MF = 8313.6 lb in anti clockwise direction.
