Hello I just need to change the words of this paragraphs, same thing but different words thanks

This article focuses on the research performed on patients which appeared to test positive for galactomannan which is a component of the cell wall of funguses which can be triggered by funguses or cell growth of species such as Candida Glabartara. Having a positive result, means that there is a presence of some fungal specimen in the patient’s body. This is interesting because the presence of Candida g. appears to be triggering not only the presence of the molds or funguses which have this galactomannan cellular component, but it also appears to be hindering “false positives” in a sense. This means that a portion of the patients which are exhibiting this galactomannan positivity do not coincide with the known prognosis or presence of the galactomannan. The results also demonstrated that an abundance of Candida (g.) or other types as well lead to the further diagnosis of this in more critically ill patients. Hence, this is pertinent because first, Candida was thought to not be particularly pathogenic or harmful to humans, but further and more recent research such as this demonstrates that not only can Candida be harmful, but it may also be a gateway to a variety of other infections and diseases. But also, that the hypothesis that Candida is becoming more increasingly harmful to patients which seem to be critically ill and have things such as immunodeficiencies but also the mere fact that they are affecting patients across the board. Therefore, this source can be used to further prove and support the pathogenic issues which candida g. causes along with new research which has demonstrated candida to be a potential gateway.

This report outlines the resistance of Candida strains, majorly focusing on Candida Glabrata to demonstrate the newly found powerful in vitro resistance which these strains have now begun demonstrating. This pertains to one of three cases which will be examined in the literary review and the annotated bibliography to demonstrate the emergence of the resistance of the Candida strain. The strain in this study was being exposed to antifungal medications and equipment which typically is effective in the treatment of the strain, however, as mentioned, it demonstrated a resistance towards all treatments. After, it was found or identified that there was the wild type strain which is supposed to be resistant to all of the antifungal medications and remediations and there was a non-wild type or other strain which was demonstrating the tough resistance to the antifungal treatments which were being administered throughout the study. Candida Glabrata demonstrated the greatest rate of resistance at a whopping 7.7 percent resistance compared to other strains which were as low as 0.9%. This demonstrates that Candida Glabrata also evolves faster and more efficiently than its other strains counterparts.

This is the second of the three case studies which will be examined to demonstrate the great resistance that Candida is exhibiting worldwide. It should be noted that case studies (which are included in scientific journals as research) are being examined to show that the effects of Candida are worldwide and not limited geographically. The strain is evolving. In this research, performed in India patients with immunodeficiency virus where exhibiting oropharyngeal infections which were cause by candida glabrata. As mentioned, previously, candida glabrata affects HIV patients or anyone with immunodeficiency the most.

Candida glabrata as mentioned has been historically regarded as a nonpathogenic fungus, until recently in which it has posed a significant effect to those who are immunodeficient. However, this study shows that candida glabrata has evolved enough to have detrimental effects on pregnant women. For instance, in this case the mother was not only affected with high fevers and basically sepsis (an infection of the blood), but post gestation her twins experiences the effects of the infection as well. One of the babies experienced vaginal bleeding after birth, high blood pressure and high fevers. This study also further shows that those with weaker immune systems such as children or babies will suffer from the greatest effects of the infection.

Azoles have always been known to be an effective method of treating Candida infections, however, there has been an outbreak of azole resistant candida worldwide. This is the third study which demonstrates that candida strains are becoming stronger worldwide and affecting more patients in the matter of what appears to be an extremely short time. The research also details a bit further on the infections which can be cause from candida which include superficial infections such as that of the skin and then deeper and more serious infections which compromise the cells of the individual. The resistant strains have also been observed in more clinical settings recently, since these strains appear to be developing internally, inside of patients. This information will again be utilized to not only further demonstrate the resistance of candida in terms of these azoles but also how these affects are being observed worldwide and how it can potentially become an epidemic.

Answer #1

This article mainly focus on patients whose test for galactomannan appears to be positive. One of the interest part of this reasearch article is that, Candida g which was found to be triggering the molds or funguses ,.is also hindering false positives. it is clear that the portion of patients who exhibited galactomann sensitivity do not coincide with the known prognosis. In the initial period,Candida was not considered to be pathogenic, but with further studies it was found that they can be both harmful as well as a potent source of entry to other infections.Candida take its toll on critically ill patients who is immunodeficient and is adding up to the evidence as discussed above. This report concentrates on the resistance of candida strains, majorly focusing on Candida Glabarta mainly to demonstrate the newly found powerful in vitro resistance which they started to exhibit. In this article three cases will be subsequently examined to understand the emergence of the resistance of the Candida strain with literary review and annotated bibliography. Antifungal medications and equipment is exposed to the strain. The wild type strain proved to be resistant to all antifungal medications, but the on the other hand the non wild type was demonstrating tough resistance to the antifungal treatments .it was found that Candida Glabarta developed greater resistance to other strains and from this we were able to understand that it evolves faster and more efficiently than its counterparts.

Case studies are being conducted to show that the effects of Candida are not limited geographically but its presence is felt world wide. The research done in India showed that Candida Glabarta caused oropharyngeal infections in non HIV patients, but it has been said previously that it affected only HIV patients. From this we can understand that they are evolving.

Few decades back it was thought that Candida glabarta was a non pathogenic fungus, until recently it was found that it pose a threat to immunodeficient individuals.it is found to have profound effects on both pregnant women and after delivery in some case could affect the babies,as newborns and children are immunodeficient by nature..

Candida could be successfully treated with Azoles ,but recently, there has been an outbreak of azole resistant canada throughout the world. This article also looks into peripheral infections caused by Candida affecting the skin.Recently more of the resistant srains are observed in clinical settings. This information is utilized to understand the resistance of candida and to see how these affects are being observed world wideand become an epidemic.
