I'm gonna answer first question i.e., 15

one day = 24 hours = 4 times 6 hours

Ceclor PO required amount = 100 mg x 4 = 400 mg

125 mg / 5.00 mL ==> 25 mg/ 1.00 mL

400 mg / (25 mg/ 1.00 mL) = 16 mL

Answer: 16 mL should be used for one day.
