Aa we know that concentration can be calculated as

(v/v)%. =( Volume of solute / Volume of solution) *100

Here Given

volume of solute = 247 mL

Volume of solution = 2.67 L = 2670 mL

Concentration ( v/v)% = (247/2670)*100 = 9.25 %(v/v)
