Answer: The rural community needs much development as compared to the urban. The rural community lack behind in many of the ways that it make it not that much worthy of living as compared to the urban community.

Due to lack of facilities of proper studies, proper treatment as well as scope or the opportunity of employment. There are very less opportunity for the young generation to get the employment etc. So most of the people of young generation wants to shift to the urban area or locality so as to achieve better facilities as well as employment.

The main aim should be providing the facilities that the rural community people requires such as good clinic, hospitals, better education, chances of employment etc .
